Refund Policy

Returns 
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, and other charges).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Pack the item safely and securely for shipping and send the package via a traceable method to 40, Jalan Cenderai, Kuala Lumpur 59100 Malaysia (do send us a copy of the slip). If returning a product, all shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will get in touch for your bank account details so we can refund the money via bank transfer.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at hello@happyfluff.com.

Exchanges 
Should you receive a damaged product, you will be sent a new product at no additional cost. Just let us know at hello@happyfluff.com and send us a picture of both your damaged product and your receipt. We will get in touch to arrange for an exchange.
